Acropolis Appraisal, LLC is fully insured and bonded. If you would consider us as your broker, we will handle everything needed to legally present your firearms and/or collectables to the public. We market, sell, collect payment for and ship the items. We do this on consignment. Percentage varies from market to market and the kind of collectables being sold.Please contact us for information.
We are personal property generalists, specializing in modern, antique, NFA title II firearms and militaria.
We are conveniently located in Stark County, Massillon, Ohio. We service Cleveland, Akron, Canton. However, we will travel to all points within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
If you are unable to bring your collection to us, we will come to you.

What is USPAP
USPAP is an acronym for "The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" These are the standards by which all qualified appraisers must follow to be in compliance and are set forth by The Appraisal Foundation located in Washington D.C. The Appraisal Standards Board, which is the governing body of all qualified appraisers, requires that all appraisers must retest every two years to maintain the USPAP qualifications and high standards that they set forth.
Who is ISA
The International Society of Appraisers is the largest professional personal property appraisal association representing the most highly trained and rigorously tested independent appraisers in the United States and Canada.
In the years since its founding in 1979, ISA has grown to be the undisputed personal property association of choice. ISA's Core Course in Appraisal Studies is widely regarded as the most comprehensive in the industry thus distinguishing ISA as the leader in appraisal methodology, theory, principles, practices and ethics. ISA members are required to take the core course qualification test every five years.
